Rachel,

Based on our conversation this morning, it is my understanding that the modification is only to allow for 
the addition of Hydrogen Peroxide and Iron Catalyst at the P2 Sewer, influent to the clarifier, and the 
chemical plant.  Any addition of chemicals/polymers to the ASB will be handled under the renewal 
permit.
